We are established suppliers of foam to the 3 piece suite and upholstery trade, 

we sell both  - VITAFOAM  & CARPENTER FOAM -  the undisputed brand leaders in the foam industry.

9 years ago we saw a  market for selling our product to the general public -  we knew that by using the internet we could cut overheads and  SELL FOAM TO THE PUBLIC AT THE SAME PRICE  AS WE SELL TO THE TRADE.

 Our first website was semi automatic -i.e

 the customer chose the type of foam  from our pictures and description, then from a flow chart calculator chose the size and got the price,  pressed  a button and ordered -- this sounds fine...... but  the snag was the customer is not a foam expert  and often chose an unsuitable foam for their use (i.e different  grades and types of foam are used on many parts of the same sofa ) 

To ensure customer satisfaction we have now gone back to basics , we  prefer you to contact us with your sizes and the use to which the foam is to be put so that we can talk to you and advise you of the correct type of foam to be used with an exact quote of the price.

personal collection by retail customers is available 7 days a week from our main road shop premises conveniently situated just 3/4 mile from junction 22 off the M60 Manchester ring road. (1/2 days wed & sun)
